Acronia' is a sincerely genuine orange wine from Veneto made by the family-run Dalle Ore winery in the municipality of Trissino, on the ridge of eastern Lessinia in Vicenza. Here, Girolamo Dalle Ore, the ancestor of the current owners, bought the estate back in 1903 and began producing wine. Today, it is Marco and his daughter Benedetta who run the winery following an eco-sustainable approach, as evidenced by the organic certification. Among the labels produced by the family, 'Acronia' owes its name to the fact that it was born in 2020 as an out-of-time, "a-cronos", non-repeatable project. However, although it originally consisted of a blend of Garganega and Durella, with the 2021 vintage, it was reintroduced as a pure Garganega.

Dalle Ore 'Acronia' is a 100% Garganega from organically certified vines, supplemented by biodynamic practices, on clay soils of volcanic origin, particularly rich in mineral elements. The vines also benefit from the altitude of 300 metres above sea level and the southwest and southeast exposure of the rows. When the berries have reached the ideal degree of ripeness, manual harvesting is carried out, followed by the mashing of the grapes in stainless steel tanks, where spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place together with 30 days of skin maceration. Maturation also takes place in stainless steel and continues for several months, at the end of which the wine is bottled without any filtration.

The Veneto 'Acronia' orange wine from Dalle Ore is golden yellow in colour with orange hues. The aromatic bouquet expresses hints of yellow-fleshed fruit, macerated flowers, tropical fruit and lemon peel, supported by pleasant mineral puffs. The flavour is soft and enveloping, slightly tannic and pleasantly savoury and fruity on the finish.
